Also in the Architecture category, Leddy Maytum Stacy were awarded a Citation for their Rene Cazenave Apartments which provide the neighborhood with affordable permanent housing and comprehensive services for previously chronically homeless residents.

In the Historic Preservation category, Perkins + Will given Special Recognition for their transformation of the Timothy Flueger designed 140 New Montgomery Street. Originally designed as the home of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, the one of the tallest buildings on the West Coast when it was completed in 1925.
